As the retail arm of SummerSpace, our products are crafted in Auburn, Maine then installed and serviced by our local teams across ME, NH, MA, RI, and CT. Our goal is simple: help our neighbors spend more good time outside, season after season.

In 2025, we expanded across New England by welcoming established local shade companies into the Nuimage family, preserving the relationships they built while bringing the quality products and service standards we are known for to more communities. You’ll know us by our purple trucks, the care with which we treat your home or business, and the pride we take in leaving every space better than we found it.

Does Nuimage manufacture their own products?
While we are technically a dealer and installer, our parent company, SummerSpace manufactures every one of our product offerings from awnings and porch enclosures to motorized screens and freestanding shade structures. Our main offices in Auburn, ME are located inside the SummerSpace factory so we’re connected to your shade product from start to finish.
Can you fix an awning installed by another company?
Our installers are factory-trained on SummerSpace products and come prepared with the tools and parts specific to those systems, so most of our repair work focuses on what we manufacture and install.
That said, customer service comes first. In some cases, especially when safety is a concern, we may be able to assist with emergency repairs or help you explore replacement options. It never hurts to call (tel:8009462216)— we’re always happy to talk through your situation.
How long does installation typically take?
Our average time from order to install is just 14 days. Your installation timeline will depend on location, season, and team availability, but be confident we’ll get you booked and loving your outdoor space as soon as possible.
