Site Visit + Quote
Next, we visit your home or business to evaluate the space in person. During this visit, our sales team will take measurements, assess structural conditions, review mounting options, and walk through customization details such as fabric choices, frame colors, panel configurations, and operating systems. After the visit, you’ll receive a detailed written quote outlining product specifications, pricing, and timeline so you can move forward with confidence.
Technical Measure
For porch enclosure systems, motorized screens, and other complex shade solutions, we schedule an additional technical measurement appointment with a factory-trained specialist. This step ensures precise dimensions and confirms all structural and mounting details before your custom shade solution enters production. Accuracy at this stage is critical, and it is one of the reasons our installations run smoothly and fit perfectly the first time.

Production + Installation
Your product is manufactured in Auburn, Maine by our parent company, Summerspace, to your exact specifications. When production is complete, our in-house shade & awning installation team schedules your project and completes the installation efficiently, most often in a single day. Before we leave, we walk you through operation, maintenance, and care so you feel fully confident using your new shade system.
